Host Roland himself conjures up gourmet cuisine in Milla Montis using the best regional ingredients. The meat comes from species-appropriate animal husbandry, fruit and vegetables from selected South Tyrolean farmers. The fragrant breads and tempting cakes are baked with genuine South Tyrolean ancient grains. You can taste this quality. The family recipes that have been handed down for generations are innovatively refined, creatively developed and brought to the plate with refined craftsmanship.

As a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Dolomites offer an unrivalled experience of nature at any time of year. Individual holiday programmes can be realised at Milla Montis. Hiking from the valley to the high mountains and boundless biking fun await you from spring to autumn. Yoga allows you to focus on your own body and has a calming effect.
