With modern architecture and the use of traditional, local materials, the 12 Gamz flats blend almost seamlessly into the surrounding nature. An eye-catcher and yet in perfect harmony with the mountain peaks, the house is more than just a holiday resort.
Architecturally, the Gamz is a real eye-catcher as soon as you arrive. The outer shell made of local larch wood creates a visual connection to nature and emphasises the hotel’s roots in the South Tyrolean soil.

The interior is characterised by the simple use of local, untreated wood and tiles in a dolomite stone look. This symbiosis is emphasised by the diamond-shaped structure of the exterior façade, which reflects the rugged and angular nature of the Dolomite peaks.
Why the name Gamz? On the one hand, the Sesto coat of arms features the chamois (in Sesto dialect “Gamaze”), and on the other hand, our aparthotel offers guests a view of the local mountains and the freedom of a chamois.
That’s why we opted for flats, which include many of the services of a hotel – such as breakfast and daily cleaning.
Our Gamz reflects the spirit of the hosts Margit & Stefan, who have realised a dream with years of experience in tourism, passionate dedication to their work, traditional down-to-earthness and a cosmopolitan attitude. The result is a house where privacy and independence can be lived perfectly by the guests.
