Feel the silence, reflect on simplicity, appreciate quality. Being looked after and doing something good for yourself. All this is wellness à la Forsterhof. No sky pool and no spa area. But a beautiful heated swimming pool in the garden for swimming from spring to autumn and very private moments of well-being in the Marie suite with its own sauna, in the Stella double room with private terrace whirlpool, in the Giardino double room with its own garden whirlpool and starry sky view or in the Giardino suite with sauna and garden whirlpool.

A love of the product - culinary delights à la Forsterhof

If you grow up in agriculture, from childhood, and live the whole annual cycle – from planting to growing to harvesting – then it’s there, this sense of produce. If you know them, the labour and the love, the preparation, the anxiety, seeing them thrive, the tasting and refining, then it’s there, this sense of quality. And the appreciation. The entire culinary offer of the Forsterhof is based on this. The ingredients used come from our own production or from trusted suppliers in the region. Selected delicacies from Italy round off the culinary delights. Sustainability? A matter of course for us.

For Christine and Magdalena Erlacher, enjoyment means tasting the region, savouring the holiday country, getting to know the local produce and being looked after. Here the scent of the south in Merano, there the hunger for the mountains on the mountain pasture. For the hosts, enjoyment also means organising your holiday individually, according to your own rhythm and taste, with all the peace and quiet in the world.
